Liu Bei went to Zhuge Liang's home for the third time.
刘备第三次来到诸葛亮的家。
This time the wise man was home , but he was napping.
这次诸葛亮终于回家了，但是正
在睡午觉。
Liu Bei asked Guan Yu and Zhang Fei to wait outside, and he himself went in quietly, standing outside Zhuge Liang's bedroom.
刘备叫关羽张飞在门外等着，自
己轻轻走了进去，站在诸葛亮的
房间外面等他起床。
关羽和张飞在外面等了好久也没
有声音，跑进去一看，原来诸葛
亮在睡觉。
After a long period of silence, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei went in to see what was going on. All they saw was Zhuge Liang sleeping.
张飞大怒：“我们在外面等他，
他竟敢睡大觉，我放把火把他的
房子烧了，看他起不起来！”
Zhang Fei got very angry. He said, " How dare he sleep while we wait for him! Let me burn his house down! That will wake him up."
张飞正要去烧诸葛亮的房子，关
羽赶紧拉住他说：“大哥说了对
卧龙先生要有礼貌，如果不听话，
大哥会生气的。”
Guan Yu restrained him, saying, " Our brother has said we should be polite to Master Wolong. If we don't do as he says, he will be angry."
张飞只好忍住怒气，安静下来。
Zhang Fei had to suppress his bad manners and keep silent.
过了很久，诸葛亮终于醒了。
After a long time, Zhuge Liang woke up.
他看见刘备站在外面等他，急
忙请进屋里。
When he saw Liu Bei standing outside, he asked him to come in at once .
刘备向诸葛亮请教，如何才能
使自己强大起来。
Liu Bei asked Zhuge Liang for advice on making himself stronger.
诸葛亮拿出一幅地图，向刘备详
细的讲解了国家的各种情况，建
议他先攻占西川作为基础，再发
展自己的力量，最后统一国家。
Zhuge Liang took out a map of the country and explained the situation in detail. He advised Liu Bei to take Xichuan for his base at first, then build his strength, and finally unify the whole country.
刘备听了非常高兴，他请求诸
葛亮帮助他完成自己的事业。
Liu Bei was so impressed that he requested Zhuge Liang to help him to achieve his goals.
诸葛亮摇着头说：“我习惯了
现在的生活，不能帮你。”
Zhuge Liang shook his head. " I have got used to my present life. I can't help you."
刘备急得哭了，他跪下来求诸
葛亮说：“如果先生不帮我，
老百姓还要受苦。”
Liu Bei wept and fell to his knees. He said, " If you refuse me, the people will continue to suffer."
诸葛亮被他三顾茅庐的诚意打动
了，终于接受了他的请求。
Moved by Liu Bei's sincerity in paying three visits, Zhuge Liang at last agreed to his request.
诸葛亮当了刘备的军师后，第一仗
就打败了曹操派来的一支军队。
And thus Zhuge Liang became Liu Bei's counselor. In the first battle, he defeated an army sent by Cao Cao.
但是，曹操派了更多的军队来进
攻。刘备只好撤退。
But Cao Cao sent many more soldiers, and Liu Bei was forced to retreat.
诸葛亮建议他和孙权联合，共
同对付曹操。
Zhuge Liang advised him to join forces with Sun Quan and fight against Cao Cao together.
孙权的领地是长江以南的地区，
就是三国中的吴国。
Sun Quan's territory was the Kingdom of Wu, south of the Yangtze River.
于是，刘备出发去吴国找孙权。
So Liu Bei started off for Wu.
在半路上他们被曹操的军队追
上，又发生了一场战斗。
On their way, they were caught by Cao Cao's army. Another battle ensued.
战斗中，刘备的妻子和儿子阿
斗都不见了。
In the battle, Liu Bei's wife and son Ah Dou were lost.
他该怎么办呢？
